Hi, I'm Blake. I'm a 30-year-old designer and creator working across film, animation, photography, creative writing and graphic design. I've found the overlap of these skills lies in documentary making, something that's becoming a speciality of mine.
I'm most passionate about wildlife, accessible design and helping others share their stories. As a designer, I am driven by compassion and empathy, and always take a Human-centred Design approach to my projects. I've mainly familiarised myself with the Adobe Suite, however, I'm always interested in learning and combining new programs and creative mediums.
I live on Kabi Kabi Country, on the Sunshine Coast, Australia, where I also studied a Bachelor of Design at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Currently, I'm refining my skills and planning to teach at UniSC while studying for a Master's of Creative Arts in the near future.
